In 2010, Katrina’s life changed, thanks to a little machine called the Megaformer. Prior to that year, she spent her spare time training and running half marathons, teaching yoga on paddleboards or putting in hours taking spin classes. But this machine could take strong muscles and fatigue them to the point of muscle failure; and she couldn’t be more excited!
When Katrina isn’t teaching, she’s eating! Katrina believes that food is meant to make us healthier, and she loves cooking and finding new ways to make nourishing foods taste delicious. Her motto is, “If I like you, I feed you!” So don’t be surprised if she offers you a little nibble of something after class.
Katrina became Lagree certified and has over 5 years of experience training men and women of all ages. She loves that the Megaformer provides a challenging workout to even the strongest of athletes, but is safe for any age or ability level. In her class, you can expect a fun and challenging workout, to the beat of new music and sing-along classics. You’ll sweat, you’ll shake, and you’ll leave more energized and relaxed then when you arrived.
